Kirk Bliss is the President of CMC. Prior to his current position with the company, he supervised the maintenance staffs of several large housing developments, as well as a satellite office for the company prior to being promoted to President. Mr. Bliss has a Builder’s License in addition to being a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate. He has also received his Accredited Resident Managers certification (ARM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Kirk has successfully completed the M-100 course and has been awarded the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation from CAI.
